Guidelines for Poster Preparation and Presentation
1. The poster with a maximum size (portrait) of A0 should be designed and prepared by the presenter.
2. The poster should be readable presentation with good visual display. Please use colors for highlighting and to make your poster more attractive and also use pictures, diagrams, cartoons, figures, etc., rather than only text wherever possible.
3. The poster lay-out can be organized in your own ways. The information may conveniently be included introduction, objectives, material and methods, and the results.
4. The boards will have a sign noting your poster code number. The numbering is provided by the Organiser. Please check the code number of your poster in the Symposium Guide Book.
5. The presenting author(s) must be present close to the poster during all the period assigned and are expected to be available for discussions. Please check the schedule of poster session in the Symposium Guide Book.
6. Poster should be put on the provided space by the participants. Double tapes and scissors will be provided. Any other equipment that is required by the participants in addition to those already provided by the OC, shall be provided by the participants. 7. The poster should be ready on its place in the morning before the session is begun.
